Reservations:
Spa recommendations can be made by contacting guest services at (519) 433-2891. We advise you to book as far in advance as possible to get preferred choices.

To minimize disruption to all clients, only the person receiving the treatment is allowed in the treatment room.

Cancellation Policy:
A credit card number is required to guarantee your booking. 24hr notice for cancellation of a service is required to avoid being charged.  Failure to show for an appointment will result in a 100% charge for reserved services

Promptness:
Your appointment time is reserved for you. Should you arrive late your services will need to be completed within the originally scheduled time in consideration of our next client.

We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment so that you can begin to unwind.
