From the beginning, Sandy was delightful. I just love her. So professional, and informative, amazing. The food - Salmon crudo, scallops - wow! All of the 5 meals were stellar. The chocolate dessert - spectacular.

You created an environment that was lovely, and a lovely distraction for us, going through a lousy time.

But for me, Chef prepared the most amazing cheese plate - all at the perfect temperature, with a care and choice that was again, stellar.
