presented on a crispy Potato cake accompanied with Whiskey soaked Apple and toasted Walnuts finished with Goat’s Milk crème fraiche and fresh Dill.

Seafood ‘Boxty’
a delicate crepe rolled and filled with sautéed Mussels, baby Shrimp and Whitefish in a creamy Irish Whiskey cream reduction.

 

Herb & Garlic Braised Lamb Shank
Infused with a rich Irish whiskey & minted jus

Roasted Huron County Porkloin
complimented with double smoked bacon,
braised cabbage and baked apple.

Steak ‘n Guiness Pie
An Irish tradition.

All entrees accompanied with
traditional Colcannon, Champs & Inn made Irish Soda Bread.
