on a bed or julienne vegetables with Jasmine rice

Wild Mushroom and Chicken Crepe
with a creamy garlic sauce

Spring Vegetable Gnocchi
sautéed zucchini, cherry tomatoes, peppers and tossed with garlic brown butter

Pork Medallions
finished with a Maple Dijon sauce, served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
